The invention provides a high-bearing-capacity solid tire. An existing solid tire is innovatively designed, multiple elastic steel rings are additionally arranged on the solid tire, stress parts are dispersed and transmitted through micro-deformation of the steel rings, the stress mode of the tire is changed, the stress area of the tire is increased, and the bearing capacity of the tire is improved; and due to the fact that the elastic steel rings have a certain elastic deformation space, when the tire is stressed excessively, a supporting and limiting structure can further protect the steel rings, and an embedded supporting structure has good heat conduction performance and facilitates improvement of the heat dissipation effect. Therefore, the bearing capacity of the tire is enhanced, and the technical problem of solid tire bearing capacity is solved.

    本发明提供一种高承载力实心轮胎,对现有的实心轮胎进行创新设计,该实心轮胎加入了多个弹性钢环,利用钢环的微变形分散传递受力部位,改变了轮胎的受力方式,增大轮胎的受力面积,提高轮胎承载能力,因弹性钢环有一定的弹性形变的空间,在轮胎受力过重时,支撑限位结构会对钢环形成进一步的保护,嵌入式支撑结构具有良好的导热性能和助于提高的散热效果。从而增强轮胎的承载力,解决了实心轮胎承载力的技术难题。
