The invention discloses an intelligent operation and maintenance management system for a railway locomotive, which accurately guides maintenance by monitoring the health state, fault diagnosis and life prediction of each main key component of the locomotive. The main structure of the system comprises three parts: a cloud operation and maintenance layer, a fog end operation and maintenance layer and an object end operation and maintenance layer. The cloud operation and maintenance layer summarizes and processes all the collected operation and maintenance data; the fog end operation and maintenance layer specifically arranges specific work deep digging data information of each section under jurisdiction; the object end operation and maintenance layer is located in a first-line locomotive depot, monitors operation locomotive data in real time through a locomotive on-line monitoring and diagnosis host, a sensor and the like and gathers the data to a railway bureau operation and maintenance center. The intelligent operation and maintenance system has the beneficial effects that data intercommunication and sharing of links of production, application scheduling, maintenance, fault diagnosis and the like of the railway locomotive slave equipment and comprehensive coordination and cooperation operation and maintenance of departments are realized, the problem of information barriers among the majors of the railway in the past is solved, and the integrally cooperative intelligent operation and maintenance system is constructed; and the operation and maintenance efficiency of the railway locomotive is improved.

    本发明公开了一种铁路机车智能运维管理系统,通过监控机车各主要关键部件健康状态,故障诊断和寿命预测,精确指导维修。本系统主要结构有三部分:云端运维层、雾端运维层和物端运维层。云端运维层将所有采集的运维数据汇总处理;雾端运维层具体统筹安排下辖各段具体工作深挖数据信息;物端运维层位于一线机务段内,通过机车在线监测诊断主机、传感器等实时监测运行机车数据并汇总至铁路局运维中心。本发明的有益效果在于实现了铁路机车从设备生产、运用调度、维护保养、故障诊断等环节的数据互通共享以及各部门综合协调合作运维,解决以往铁路各专业间信息壁垒问题,构建一个整体协同的智能运维系统,以提高铁路机车的运维效率。
