The invention relates to the technical field of railway engineering, and particularly relates to a method for controlling asymmetric abrasion of a steel rail. The method comprises the following steps of 1, smearing a stick-slip agent with a creep coefficient I on a stock rail of a turnout switch; 2, smearing a stick-slip agent with a creep coefficient II on the top of a switch rail of the turnout switch; and 3, smearing a stick-slip agent with a creep coefficient III on the switch rail side of the turnout switch. According to the invention, the stock rail and the switch rail of the railway turnout switch are coated with the stick-slip agents with different creep coefficients, the friction coefficient between the switch rail and the stock rail is controlled by controlling the oiling thickness, uniformity and the like, and then the purpose of prolonging the service life of the turnout steel rail is achieved.

    本发明涉及铁道工程技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种控制钢轨不对称磨耗的方法,其包括以下步骤:一、在道岔转辙器基本轨涂抹蠕滑系数为Ⅰ的粘滑剂;二、在道岔转辙器尖轨顶部涂抹蠕滑系数为Ⅱ的粘滑剂;三、在道岔转辙器尖轨轨侧涂抹蠕滑系数为Ⅲ的粘滑剂。本发明通过在铁路道岔转辙器基本轨和尖轨上涂抹不同蠕滑系数的粘滑剂,控制涂油的厚度、均匀性等控制尖轨和基本轨间的摩擦系数,进而达到延长道岔钢轨寿命的目的。
