The invention provides a riveting method of a carbon fiber plate, and belongs to the technical field of mechanical assembly. A rivet structure is comprised, and the rivet structure includes a rivet and a pin, wherein the rivet includes an inner cavity and a deformation cavity communicating with the inner cavity; the diameter of the pin is larger than the inner diameter of the deformation cavity, and the pin is inserted into the deformation cavity to make the rivet to generate plastic deformation to form a boss to lock a lower-layer plate; the riveting method comprises the following steps: S1, loading and pressing down the rivet to make the rivet completely pressed into and penetrate through the plate; and S2, placing the pin in the rivet cavity, and loading and pressing down the pin until the pin enters the deformation cavity to make the rivet generate plastic deformation. According to the method provided by the invention, a prefabricated hole does not need to be punched before riveting, single-sided loading is conducted during riveting, and die fixing is not needed, so that die design and manufacturing cost can be reduced; and the method is also suitable for riveting of structural parts with one closed side.

    本发明提供了一种碳纤维板材的铆接方法,属于机械装配技术领域。包括铆钉结构,所述铆钉结构包括铆钉,铆钉包括内腔、以及与内腔连通的变形腔;销钉,直径大于所述变形腔的内径,所述销钉插入所述变形腔内使铆钉发生塑性变形形成凸台锁紧下层板材;铆接方法包括以下步骤:S1.对铆钉进行加载下压,使铆钉完全压入穿透板材;S2.将销钉置于铆钉型腔内,并对销钉进行加载下压至销钉进入变形腔内,使铆钉发生塑性变形。本发明提供的方法铆接前无需打预制孔,铆接时单面加载,无需定模,既可节省模具设计及制造成本,亦可适用于单侧封闭结构件铆接。
