The invention discloses a liquid vortex supercharged retarder. The liquid vortex supercharged retarder comprises a liquid resistance retarding pump, a clutch device, a transmission device, a high-pressure circulating pump and a liquid medium box, wherein the liquid resistance retarding pump comprises a pump body, a main shaft and a pump wheel on the main shaft, an inlet and an outlet are formed in the pump body, the outlet is connected with the liquid medium box, and the inlet is connected with the liquid medium box through the high-pressure circulating pump; the main shaft is in transmission connection with the clutch device, the clutch device is connected with the transmission device through a power universal shaft, and the transmission device is connected with a rotating shaft of the high-pressure circulating pump; the transmission device comprises a speed increasing box, the speed increasing box comprises a speed increasing box body, an input shaft and an output shaft are arranged in the speed increasing box body, the input shaft is in transmission connection with the power universal shaft, and the output shaft is in transmission connection with the rotating shaft; and a speed changing mechanism is arranged between the output shaft and the input shaft, and the transmission ratio between the output shaft and the input shaft can be switched between 1 and a number of greater than 1. The braking effect under a low-speed condition can be effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种液涡流增压式缓速器,包含液阻缓速泵、离合装置、传动装置、高压循环泵和液体介质箱;所述液阻缓速泵包含泵体、主轴及主轴上的泵轮,所述泵体上设有进口及出口,所述出口连接液体介质箱,所述进口通过高压循环泵连接液体介质箱;主轴传动连接离合装置,所述离合装置通过动力万向轴连接传动装置,所述传动装置连接高压循环泵的旋转轴;所述传动装置包括增速箱,所述增速箱包括增速箱体,增速箱体内设有输入轴和输出轴,所述输入轴与所述动力万向轴之间传动连接,所述输出轴与所述旋转轴之间传动连接,所述输出轴与所述输入轴之间设有变速机构并使所述输出轴与所述输入轴之间的传动比可在等于1与大于1之间切换。能够有效提高低速条件下的制动效果。
