The invention relates to an anti-pinch structure for an elevator and an anti-pinch method of the anti-pinch structure. The anti-pinch structure comprises a landing door, a lift car and a control module, a plurality of grooves are formed in the side face of a first door leaf, pressure detection devices are arranged on the inner walls of the grooves, telescopic rods are arranged on the side face of a second door leaf, and first proximity switches are arranged at the top end and the bottom end of the side, close to the lift car, of the landing door respectively. The top and the bottom of the lift car are matched with the two first proximity switches respectively, and a second proximity switch is arranged on the side face of the first door leaf. When the second proximity switch detects that the first door leaf and the second door leaf are closed, the control module controls the telescopic rods to be inserted into the grooves and controls the lift car to ascend or descend; when at least one first proximity switch is separated from the lift car, the pressure detection devices starts to work; and if a rope is clamped between the first door leaf and the second door leaf, when the rope makes contact with the telescopic rods and a pressure detection module detects a set pressure value, the control module controls the lift car to stop emergently and controls the lift car to return to the original landing door and open a door plate.

    本发明公开了一种用于电梯的防夹结构及其防夹方法,包括层门、轿厢和控制模块,第一扇门侧面设有若干个凹槽,凹槽内壁设有压力检测装置,第二扇门侧面设有伸缩杆,层门靠近轿厢一侧的顶端和底端分别设有第一接近开关,轿厢的顶部和底部分别与两个第一接近开关相配合,第一扇门的侧面设有第二接近开关;当第二接近开关检测到第一扇门与第二扇门闭合,控制模块控制伸缩杆插进凹槽内,轿厢上升或者下降,当至上有一个第一接近开关与轿厢脱离,压力检测装置即开始工作,若第一扇门和第二扇门之间夹有绳索,当绳索接触伸缩杆并使得压力检测模块检测到设定的压力值时,控制模块控制轿厢紧急停止,并控制轿厢返回至原层门处并打开门板。
