The invention discloses large traction machine machine-room-less freight elevator suspension equipment. The equipment comprises a traction machine and the like, and on the side of a lift car, one end of a steel wire rope is led out of the oblique traction machine, is guided by a wire guide wheel A at the bottom of the lift car to extend to a guide wheel B at the bottom of the lift car, then is guided by a guide wheel C on the top layer on the same side to extend to a guide wheel D on the top layer, then is downwards guided to a guide wheel E at the bottom of the lift car and is guided to a bearing beam to be fixed through a guide wheel F at the bottom of the lift car; and on the side of a counterweight, a steel wire rope at the other end of the traction machine extends downwards, is guided by a counterweight frame guide wheel B on the counterweight, then extends upwards to a counterweight guide wheel on the top layer on the bearing beam, then extends downwards to a counterweight frame guide wheel A on the counterweight, and finally is guided upwards to a counterweight rope hitch plate to be fixed. The equipment has the advantages that through reasonable space layout, the positions and the number of the guide wheels are optimized, on the premise that enough traction force is guaranteed, the traction ratio is changed to adjust the power of a main machine and the diameter and the number of the steel wire ropes, and finally the shaft occupancy ratio is decreased.

    本发明公开了一种大曳引机无机房载货电梯悬挂设备,包括曳引机等,在轿厢侧,钢丝绳一端从斜置的曳引机引出,经轿厢底部的导线轮A导向,引伸到轿厢底部的导向轮B,再经同侧顶层导向轮C的导向,引伸到顶层导向轮D,后向下导向到轿厢底部的导向轮E,再经轿厢底部的导向轮F导向到承重梁上固定;在对重侧,曳引机另一端的钢丝绳向下延伸,经对重上的对重架导向轮B导向后向上延伸到承重梁上的顶层对重导向轮上,再向下延伸到对重上的对重架导向轮A上,最后向上导向到对重绳头板上固定。本发明型通过合理的空间布局,优化导向轮位置和数量,保证足够曳引力前提下,改变曳引比来调整主机功率和钢丝绳直径大小及数量,最终实现减小井道占用比。
