The invention provides a water surface garbage picking unmanned aerial vehicle device which comprises a power unmanned aerial vehicle and a garbage collecting robot, and the power unmanned aerial vehicle is connected to the upper portion of the garbage collecting robot through bolts; the power unmanned aerial vehicle comprises an upper machine shell, a lower machine shell and a power shell. The upper machine shell is connected to the upper portion of the lower machine shell through bolts. The power shell is connected to the four corners of the upper machine shell through shafts. A first central processing unit and a wireless signal receiving and transmitting module are connected to the interior of the upper machine shell through screws; a storage battery is connected to the middle of the lower side in the lower machine shell through screws. the middle position of the lower part of the lower shell is in bolted connection with a video camera; and supports are connected to the left and right sides of the lower portion of the lower machine shell through bolts. The water surface garbage picking unmanned aerial vehicle device is novel in structure, remote control is convenient and fast, a fishing net can be telescopically adjusted, the requirement for fishing garbage of different sizes is met, and the water surface garbage picking unmanned aerial vehicle device is suitable for cleaning and fishing garbage floating on the lake surface.
