The invention is applicable to the technical field of ship construction and particularly relates to a folding process for ship body bow and stern block construction, which divides a ship body into a bow block and a stern block and folds the bow block and the stern block on a shipway. The folding process comprises steps of marking out a positioning line at the closing opening as required, and mounting a guide positioning tool; measuring the ports of the bow block and the stern block by using an instrument to ensure that the sizes of closure openings are consistent; completing launching work on the bow block and the stern block respectively; the bow block and the stern block being dragged into a floating dock, and the horizontal height of the bow block and the horizontal height of the stern block being adjusted to be consistent; slowly drawing close and drawing close; after the folding precision meets the requirement, a positioning tool and a guiding tool arranged on the guiding and positioning tool being welded so that the bow block and the stern block are relatively fixed; completing integral pier setting of the bow block and the stern block, and polishing, welding and measuring a closure opening. The process is advantaged in that not only can large ship construction be achieved, but also the construction cost can be remarkably reduced, the construction period is shortened, the working face is widened, and the construction process is safer and more controllable.
