The invention provides a ship stern building construction method. The method comprises the following steps that (1) an enclosure structure is constructed, specifically, coplanar enclosure walls of alllayers of a stern building are prefabricated into a whole on the ground, the enclosure walls are transversely placed, and splicing seams of the enclosure walls are firmly welded; (2) space separationconstruction is performed, specifically, under the condition that the enclosure walls are transversely placed, prefabricated floors and partitions are installed layer by layer from the bottom layer to the upper layer; (3) equipment installation is performed, specifically, equipment, stairs and fixed life appliances on all floors are assembled in the corresponding floors; and (4) hoisting and assembling are performed, specifically, the whole enclosure wall is hoisted to be in a vertical state, then the whole enclosure wall is vertically hoisted to a ship body, and finally the enclosure wall isfixedly installed on the ship body. Technical problems that high-altitude operation on a ship is much, the construction difficulty is large, and the construction quality is difficult to guarantee aresolved, and the technical effects that the high-altitude operation on the ship body is greatly reduced, welding abutted seams are decreased, the integrity and firmness of the stern building are improved, and the construction efficiency is improved are achieved.
本发明提供了一种船舶尾楼建造施工方法,包括以下步骤:1)、围护结构施工,将尾楼各层共面的围壁在地面上预制成型为一个整体,将围壁横向放置,在围壁的拼接缝处焊接牢固;2)、空间分隔施工,在围壁横向放置的情况下,从底层向上层逐层安装预制的楼板及隔断;3)、设备安装,将各层的设备、楼梯与固定性的生活器具装配在对应的楼层内;4)、吊装装配,先将围壁整体吊起至竖向状态,再将围壁整体竖向吊装到船体上,最后将围壁固定安装在船体上。其解决了在船上的高空作业较多、施工难度大、施工质量难以保证的技术问题,产生了大大减少了船体上的高空作业,减少了焊接拼缝,提高了尾楼的整体性和牢固性,提高了施工效率的技术效果。
