The invention relates to a method for improving the anti-fatigue performance of a cab lower apron board and the cab lower apron board. The cab lower apron board comprises an apron board body and a flexible hook arranged on the back face of the apron board body, the flexible hook is made of an elastic material, and vibration impact transmitted by a vehicle body is absorbed through elastic deformation of the elastic material, therefore, the anti-fatigue performance of the cab lower apron board is effectively improved. The apron board body is made of an aramid fiber honeycomb composite material, so that the weight of the apron board body is reduced, the inertia force of vibration impact is further reduced, and the anti-fatigue performance of the lower apron board of the cab is further improved. A lamp holder is arranged on the apron board body, so that the illumination problem of the lower part of the cab is solved. In addition, the horn-shaped opening is formed in the flexible hook, so that the lower apron board of the cab can be quickly mounted, and the mounting efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及一种提高司机室下裙板抗疲劳性能的方法及司机室下裙板,所述司机室下裙板包括:裙板本体及设置在裙板本体背面的柔性挂钩,所述柔性挂钩采用弹性材料制造,利用弹性材料的弹性变形来吸收车体传递过来的振动冲击,从而有效提高司机室下裙板的抗疲劳性能。裙板本体采用芳纶蜂窝复合材料,以减轻裙板本体的重量,进一步减轻振动冲击的惯性力,更加提高司机室下裙板的抗疲劳性能。在裙板本体上设置有灯座,解决了司机室下部的照明问题。另外柔性挂钩设置有喇叭形开口,能够实现司机室下裙板快速安装,提高了安装效率。
