The invention discloses an intelligent rail high-voltage power supply control system and method. The method comprises the following steps: S1, closing a contactor in parallel connection with each branch of a plurality of power battery branches according to a power-on instruction of a whole vehicle; S2, when it is detected and positioned that the branch has a fault, cutting off a contactor of the fault branch, and sending fault information and the state of the contactor to the whole vehicle; and S13, enabling the whole vehicle to judge the property of the fault according to the fault information, and carrying out power supply adjustment and recording. By configuring a battery redundancy cut-off scheme, when it is detected that a certain branch battery has serious faults (open circuit faults and insulation faults), and the fault branch is sent to the whole vehicle, so after the fault branch is determined through fault routing inspection, the contactor of the fault branch is cut off to supply power to the whole vehicle.

    本发明公开了一种智轨高压供电控制系统及其方法,该方法包括:S1,根据整车上电指令,闭合数个动力电池支路每一支路上并联的接触器;S2,当检测并定位到所述支路发生故障时,切断所述故障支路的接触器,并将故障信息以及所述接触器的状态发送给整车;S13,所述整车根据所述故障信息判定故障的性质,并做出供电调整及记录。本发明通过配置电池冗余切断方案,当检测到某一支路电池出现严重故障(断路故障、绝缘故障)时,将故障支路发送给整车,由此通过故障巡检确定故障支路后切断故障支路的接触器给整车供电。
