An accelerator control device of a vehicle comprises a hydraulic oil door controller, an oil cup, an accelerator oil cylinder, a switch control mechanism, a power supply, a button switch, an electromagnetic valve, a first conductive slip ring and a second conductive slip ring. The switch control mechanism comprises a centrifugal column, a spring and a connecting disc; a sliding groove is formed in a connecting disc; the centrifugal column is slidably connected into the sliding groove of the connecting disc, one end of a spring is hooked on the connecting disc, and the other end of the spring is hooked on the centrifugal column; the button switch is fixedly connected to the connecting disc; the centrifugal column is in contact with or separated from the button switch; a first oil port of the cylinder body is communicated with an oil inlet P of the electromagnetic valve, and an execution port A of the electromagnetic valve is communicated with a rodless cavity of the accelerator oil cylinder; the power supply, the first conductive slip ring, the button switch, the second conductive slip ring and the wiring end K of the electromagnetic valve are electrically connected in sequence to form a loop; and when the button switch is switched on, the wiring end K of the electromagnetic valve is powered on, and the execution port A of the electromagnetic valve is communicated with the oil tank. An accelerator can be automatically cut off when the vehicle is overspeed.
一种车辆的油门控制装置,包括液压油门控制器、油杯和油门油缸、开关控制机构、电源、按钮开关、电磁阀、第一导电滑环和第二导电滑环;开关控制机构包括离心柱、弹簧和连接盘;连接盘上设有滑槽;离心柱滑动连接在连接盘的滑槽中,弹簧的一端钩设在连接盘上,弹簧的另一端钩设在离心柱上;按钮开关固定连接在连接盘上;离心柱与按钮开关相接触或相分离;缸体的第一油口与电磁阀的进油口P连通,电磁阀的执行口A与油门油缸的无杆腔连通;电源、第一导电滑环、按钮开关、第二导电滑环和电磁阀的接线端K依次电连接并形成回路;当按钮开关接通时,电磁阀的接线端K得电,这时电磁阀的执行口A与油箱相通。本发明可实现车辆超速时自动切断油门。
