The invention relates to an embedded control surface gap and skewness automatic detection method and equipment, an upper computer controls an electric cylinder to apply continuous loading force to a control surface through an RS232 serial port, an embedded controller acquires a force sensor and a gap displacement sensor in real time, and the force sensor and the gap displacement sensor are sent to the upper computer through an RS422 serial port after low-pass filtering. A force-displacement curve is drawn in real time after analysis of an upper computer, a control surface gap value is calculated, the upper computer sends a control surface deflection control instruction to an onboard maintenance assembly through an RS422 serial port and drives a control surface to deflect, and an embedded controller collects skewness displacement sensor signals in real time and sends the skewness displacement sensor signals to the upper computer through the RS422 serial port. The control surface skewness value is analyzed and calculated by the upper computer, and the motor power supply supplies power to the electric cylinder. According to the method, equipment self-detection, automatic test, automatic test data acquisition and interpretation and high control surface skewness displacement measurement precision of control surface gap displacement measurement are realized, and the reliability, maintainability and safety are good.

    本发明涉及一种基于嵌入式的舵面间隙及偏度自动检测方法及设备,上位机通过RS232串口控制电动缸给舵面施加连续的加载力,嵌入式控制器实时采集力传感器、间隙位移传感器,经过低通滤波、信号放大和差分采集后,通过RS422串口发送到上位机,经上位机解析后实时绘制成力-位移曲线,并计算出舵面间隙值,上位机通过RS422串口向机上维护组件发送舵面偏转控制指令,驱动舵面偏转,嵌入式控制器实时采集偏度位移传感器信号,通过RS422串口发送到上位机,经上位机解析计算出舵面偏度值,电机电源为电动缸供电。本发明实现了设备自检测、自动化测试、试验数据自动采集判读,舵面间隙位移测量\舵面偏度位移测量精度高,具有良好的可靠性、维护性、安全性。
