The invention discloses an urban rail subway vehicle intelligent operation and maintenance management system which comprises a cloud operation and maintenance layer, a fog end operation and maintenance layer and an object end operation and maintenance layer and is an intelligent system with a three-level hierarchical structure. The cloud operation and maintenance layer summarizes and processes all acquired operation and maintenance data and accurately performs reasoning judgment and prediction, and the object end operation and maintenance layer gathers processing data of each line to an urban operation and maintenance center of each corresponding city to complete summarization and standardization processing of vehicle data of each line of the city. The object end operation and maintenance layer monitors running vehicle information in real time through a monitoring device and a sensor and summarizes the running vehicle information to an operation and maintenance center of each line. The beneficial effects of the system are that the system achieves the data communication and sharing of urban rail subway vehicle slave equipment production, application decision, maintenance and fault diagnosis, solves a problem of information isolation of a conventional operation and maintenance system, and establishes a reliable intelligent operation and maintenance management system; and closed-loop updating optimization of system parameters is realized so as to improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of the urban rail subway vehicle.

    本发明公开了一种城轨地铁车辆智能运维管理系统,包括云端运维层、雾端运维层、物端运维层,是一个三级递阶结构的智能系统。云端运维层将所有采集的运维数据汇总处理,准确地进行推理判断和预测,物端运维层将各线路处理数据汇集至各对应城市的城市运维中心,完成对城市各线路车辆数据的汇总以及标准化处理,物端运维层通过监测装置、传感器实时监测运行车辆信息并汇总至各线的运维中心。本发明的有益效果在于:实现了城轨地铁车辆从设备生产、运用决策、维护保养、故障诊断等环节的数据互通共享,解决以往运维系统的信息孤立问题,构建一个可靠的智能运维管理系统,且实现系统参数的闭环更新优化以提高城轨地铁车辆的运维效率。
