The invention provides a fuel cell hydrogen energy automobile four-wheel drive system. The system mainly comprises a vehicle control unit, a front motor, a rear motor, a front motor controller, a rear motor controller and a power supply module. The vehicle control unit is connected with other modules of the system through communication signal lines. The specific working process is as follows: the vehicle control unit acquires state information of each module and a vehicle driving mode, selects a power distribution control mode, further distributes driving torque of a front motor and a rear motor, and generates a power distribution instruction; the front motor controller and the rear motor controller control the front motor and the rear motor to consume the electric energy to generate power according to the power distribution instruction; and the front motor and the rear motor transmit the power to vehicle tires through the front driving shaft and the rear driving shaft so as to drive a vehicle. The scheme is simple, control is efficient, the energy utilization rate is high, driving modes are rich, and good flexibility and practicability are achieved.
