The invention discloses an active swinging suppression method and device for floating crane hoisting system. The method comprises the steps that a displacement value generated when the gravity center of a ship is affected by sea waves on the sea is obtained, the length l of a hoisting rope and the swinging angle of a lifting hook are obtained in real time, the length l and the swinging angle are substituted into an equation for calculation to obtain a real-time to-be-adjusted length, lifting hook motion damping is actively formed, swinging suppression is performed on a lifting hook, the operation method is simple, and the swinging suppression effect is good; in addition, an active swinging restraining device of the floating crane hoisting system drives a fixed pulley to move in two directions through arrangement of a longitudinal moving mechanism and a transverse moving mechanism, so that the two-way position of the hoisting rope on the fixed pulley is changed, and active two-way damping is formed; the swinging amplitude of the lifting hook is adjusted, a lug plate is arranged, the hoisting rope can also swing in a self-adaptive mode along with a steering wheel and the lug plate, and the whole device is simple in structure, good in safety and high in adjusting stability.

    本发明公开了一种浮吊吊物系统主动抑摆方法及装置,通过获取船舶重心在海上受到海浪影响而产生的位移值,再实时获取起重绳的长度l和吊钩的摆角,代入方程内进行计算得到实时需要调整的长度,主动形成吊钩运动阻尼,对吊钩进行抑摆,操作方法简单,抑摆效果好,另外,浮吊吊物系统主动抑摆装置通过设置纵移机构和横移机构双向驱动定滑车移动,从而改变在定滑轮上的起重绳的双向位置,形成主动双向阻尼,调节吊钩摆幅,通过设置耳板,起重绳还可随着转向轮、耳板自适应摆动,整个装置结构简单,安全性好,调节稳定性高。
