The invention relates to a variable-form and variable-rigidity asteroid bouncing robot, which belongs to the field of asteroid landing detection robots; the robot comprises a variable-rigidity shell, a shell driving device, a bouncing device and various detection devices; the shell is in the shape of an expandable polyhedron made of a shape memory intelligent variable stiffness material, the shell driving device is arranged at an expandable or foldable joint of the shell, and the bouncing device and various detection devices are installed in the shell. The invention provides a technical method for realizing shape change and rigidity change by using the shape memory polymer shell, enough bounce capacity is provided, meanwhile, buffering is provided for the landing process, accidental bounce is reduced, and the adaptability of an existing asteroid bounce robot to rugged terrains is improved.
本发明涉及一种可变形态、变刚度的小行星弹跳机器人,属于小行星着陆探测机器人领域,该机器人包括变刚度外壳、外壳驱动装置、起跳装置,以及各种探测设备;所述外壳采用形状记忆智能变刚度材料制成的可展开多面体形状,该外壳展开或折叠的关节处设置外壳驱动装置,起跳装置及各种探测设备安装在外壳内部。本发明提出了使用形状记忆聚合物外壳实现变形态、变刚度的技术方法,在提供足够弹跳能力的同时为着陆过程提供缓冲、减少意外反弹,提高了目前小行星弹跳机器人对崎岖地形的适应性。
