The invention relates to an intelligent measuring device for water conservancy project management, and the device comprises a fixed part and a floating plate which is connected with the fixed part so as to guarantee that the floating plate is located in a preset region; a transmission part which penetrates through the floating plate and is located below the water surface so that the transmission part is driven by water flow to rotate to generate kinetic energy; an energy storage part which is arranged on the floating plate and connected with the transmission part so as to convert the kinetic energy transmitted by the transmission part into electric energy and transmit and store the electric energy; a measuring part which is arranged on the floating plate and is used for receiving the electric energy transmitted by the energy storage part so as to provide the electric energy for the measuring part to measure; and a control part which is arranged on the floating plate and is used for controlling the energy storage part to output electric energy according to a received instruction and controlling the measuring part to measure under a preset working condition. Through the cooperative use of the transmission part and the energy storage part, a self-powered mode of the measuring device is realized, manpower and material resources are saved, and the measuring device is more environment-friendly and energy-saving.

    本发明涉及一种水利工程管理用智能测量装置,包括固定部,浮板,与固定部连接,以保证浮板位于预设区域内;传动部,穿过浮板并位于水面下方,以通过水流带动传动部进行转动以产生动能;储能部,设置于浮板上,并与传动部连接,以将传动部传输的动能转化为电能,并将该电能进行传输及存储;测量部,设置于浮板上,并接收储能部传输的电能,以提供给该测量部测量所需要的能量;控制部,设置于浮板上,用于根据接收的指令控制储能部进行电能的输出,及控制测量部进行预设工况下的测量。本发明通过传动部和储能部的配合使用,实现了该测量装置自供能的方式,不仅节省了人力、物力,而且更环保节能。
