The invention provides a direct-current-sensor-free motor system of a hydrogen energy automobile. The direct-current-sensor-free motor system comprises a low-voltage input power supply, a high-voltage input power supply, a driving motor, a power board, a control board, a driving motor acquisition circuit and a motor high-voltage three-phase wiring harness, the low-voltage input power supply is electrically connected with the control board and provides electric energy required by driving for the control board; the high-voltage input power supply is electrically connected with the power board, and the input direct current is converted into an alternating current power supply through the inversion of the power board to enable the driving motor to work; the power board is electrically connected with the driving motor through the motor high-voltage three-phase wire harness; the driving motor acquisition circuit acquires rotating speed, current and voltage information of the driving motor and transmits the information to the control board; and the control board is electrically connected with the power board. The motor control system has the advantages that a direct-current Hall sensor is omitted, the system cost is reduced, the motor system can be transplanted to other corresponding motor control systems, the portability is high, the stability is good, the working condition coverage is wide, and the motor control system can be well suitable for various different working conditions and is wide in applicability.

    本发明提供一种氢能汽车无直流电流传感器电机系统,包括:低压输入电源,高压输入电源,驱动电机,功率板,控制板,驱动电机采集电路和电机高压三相线束;低压输入电源与控制板电性连接,为控制板提供驱动所需的电能;高压输入电源与功率板电气连接,通过功率板进行逆变将输入的直流电转变为交流电源使驱动电机工作;功率板通过电机高压三相线束与驱动电机电气连接;驱动电机采集电路采集驱动电机的转速、电流、电压信息,并传递至控制板;控制板与功率板电性连接。提供的有益效果是:取消直流霍尔传感器,降低系统成本,可移植到相应的其它各个电机控制系统,可移植性强、稳定性好,工况覆盖面广,能很好的适用于各种不同的工况,适用性广。
