The invention belongs to the technical field of tires, and discloses a tire burst emergency automatic inflation tire device. The device comprises a hub, an annular groove is formed in the outer side of the hub, a tire pressure monitor is installed on one side of the annular groove, a controller is fixed to the other side of the annular groove, and a gas generator is installed at the position, close to the lower portion of the controller, of the side wall of the annular groove. A connecting ring is connected to the position, between the gas generator and the tire pressure monitor, of the side wall of the annular groove, and a folding air bag is installed on the outer wall of the connecting ring. The folding air bag can be attached into the annular groove in the hub through the connecting ring, and when the tire pressure is abnormal, the folding air bag is rapidly bulged through the gas generator, so the the vehicle is prevented from being lost of control, and the device does not influence the original tire design, is extremely low in obstruction, can keep the original tire performance, does not need to be increased, does not influence oil consumption and comfort, and is higher in cost performance as the cost of the whole product is lower than that of a run-flat tire.

    本发明属于轮胎技术领域,且公开了一种爆胎应急自动充气轮胎装置,包括轮毂,所述轮毂的外侧开设有环槽,所述环槽的一侧安装有胎压监测器,且环槽的另一侧固定有控制器,所述环槽的侧壁靠近控制器的下方安装有气体发生器,所述环槽的侧壁且位于气体发生器和胎压监测器的之间连接有连接环,所述连接环的外壁安装有折叠气囊,本发明通过连接环可将折叠气囊附着在轮毂上的环槽内,在胎压异常时,通过气体发生器使折叠气囊快速鼓起,从而避免了车辆失控,且该装置不影响原来的轮胎设计,妨碍性极小,能够保持原来的轮胎性能,不需要加重,即油耗、舒适度无影响,整体产品的成本低于防爆轮胎,性价比较高。
