The invention discloses a battery circuit, a circuit control method and device and a vehicle. The battery circuit comprises at least two battery modules, wherein two ends of each battery module are respectively connected with two ends of a charging interface through a charging relay for any battery module; two ends of the battery module are respectively connected with two ends of the discharge interface through a discharge relay, the charge interface is a high-voltage charge interface and is used for charging the battery module, the discharge interface is a low-voltage discharge interface, andthe battery module discharges to the outside through the discharge interface; under the condition that the battery module is charged, the charging voltage of the battery module comprises a first voltage, under the condition that the battery module is discharged, the discharging voltage of the battery module comprises a second voltage, and the first voltage is larger than the second voltage. The battery circuit is advantaged in that charging efficiency of the battery can be improved under the condition that the voltage platform of the whole vehicle is not improved, development cost of the vehicle is saved, charging and discharging can be unbound, and different battery modules can be subjected to redundant backup mutually.

    本申请公开了一种电池电路、电路控制方法和装置、车辆,该电池电路包括:至少两个电池模块,针对任一电池模块,电池模块的两端各通过一个充电继电器与充电接口的两端连接,且电池模块的两端各通过一个放电继电器与放电接口的两端连接,充电接口为高压充电接口,用于为电池模块进行充电,放电接口为低压放电接口,电池模块通过放电接口对外放电;在电池模块充电的情况下,电池模块的充电电压包括第一电压,在电池模块放电的情况下,电池模块的放电电压包括第二电压,第一电压大于第二电压。这样,可以在不提高车辆整车电压平台的情况下提高电池的充电效率,节约车辆开发成本,还可以将充电和放电解绑,不同电池模块之间还可以互相做冗余备份。
