The invention relates to the technical field of elevator handrails, and specifically relates to to a villa elevator handrail structure. The villa elevator handrail structure comprises installation frames, wherein two installation frames are arranged, installation rods are arranged at the opposite sides of the two groups of installation frames in a penetrating mode, a body is rotatably connected tothe outer surfaces of the installation rods, and an auxiliary mechanism is arranged at the side, away from the installation rods, of the body and comprises a support; and supports are symmetrically and fixedly installed at the side, away from the installation rods, of the body, rotating shafts are rotatably connected to the opposite sides of the supports, torsional springs are arranged on the outer surfaces of the rotating shafts in a sleeving mode, pressing plates are arranged on the outer surfaces of the rotating shafts in a sleeving mode, connecting blocks are fixedly installed at the ends, away from the rotating shafts, of the pressing plates, and connecting holes are formed in the two ends of each connecting block. According to the invention, by arranging the auxiliary mechanism, simple operation is achieved, and a cotton cushion can be quickly replaced, so that the cleanliness of a handrail is guaranteed; and meanwhile, a pressing block can fix the cotton cushion, so that the situation that a user stands unstably due to the fact that the cotton cushion slides on the handrail is avoided, and the safety is improved.
