The invention relates to a processing method for aircraft control surface rotational inertia coordinate transformation, and belongs to the field of aircraft weight engineering. The aircraft control surface rotational inertia coordinate transformation method comprises the following steps: (1) simplifying the relationship between a rotating shaft and an original aircraft coordinate system, randomlytaking two points on the rotating shaft, solving the projection length of a straight line segment between the two points and each coordinate system based on the three-dimensional coordinate values ofthe two points, and further solving the included angle between the straight line segment and each projection; (2) constructing a relational graph between gravity center points and a rotating shaft, and calculating a spatial distance from the control surface gravity center to the rotating shaft axis; and (3) inputting the weight, gravity center and rotational inertia parameters of the control surface under the airplane coordinate system, and coordinate values of two points on the axis to be converted, so as to calculate the rotational inertia around the rotating shaft. The method has the advantages that the trigonometric function is calculated to replace a drawing method, and the problems that three-dimensional space drawing is difficult to interpret and errors are prone to occurring are solved.
