The invention provides a wind wing attack angle optimization control method and system considering ship stability and energy efficiency, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining real-time ship navigation data which comprises ship operation data and environment data; inputting the navigation data into a ship energy efficiency model to calculate a ship real-time energy efficiency value; calculating a real-time heeling angle of the ship when the ship sails; establishing a wind wing attack angle decision-making model considering the ship real-time energy efficiency value and the ship real-time heeling angle; and solving the wind wing attack angle decision-making model through an intelligent optimization algorithm, and automatically outputting the optimal wind wing attack angle.According to the method, meteorological data and navigation information are collected and analyzed in real time, the whale optimization algorithm is applied based on the carried ship optimal wind wingattack angle decision model, and finally self-adaptive control over the wind wing optimal attack angle considering the stability and the energy efficiency of the ship is achieved.
