The invention discloses an emergency braking system of an electric rail locomotive for shield construction. The emergency braking system comprises a male clutch assembly and a female clutch assembly.The male clutch assembly is installed on a wheel shaft and synchronously rotates along with the wheel shaft, the male clutch assembly can slide in the axial direction of the wheel shaft, the female clutch assembly is fixedly connected to a frame through a brake plate, and the female clutch assembly attracts the male clutch assembly to be embedded into the female clutch assembly in a sliding mode through electromagnetic attraction force and enables the male clutch assembly and the wheel shaft to be braked. According to the scheme, the emergency braking system drives the male clutch assembly toslide in the axial direction of the wheel shaft through electromagnetic attraction and to be embedded into the female clutch assembly, and the two assemblies are matched to achieve the braking effect.The two clutch assemblies serve as torque transmission media, and torque generated by rotation of wheels and axles of the electric rail locomotive is transmitted to a frame of the electric rail locomotive to be counteracted. The structural force of the wheel shaft, the frame and the components is used for replacing the reverse torque actively applied to the wheels, so that the braking effect is improved, the energy consumption is reduced, and the requirement on the output torque of a braking system is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种盾构施工电动轨道机车紧急制动系统,包括公离合组件和母离合组件;所述公离合组件安装于轮轴并随轮轴同步转动,所述公离合组件可沿轮轴的轴向滑动,所述母离合组件通过制动板固定连接于车架,所述母离合组件通过电磁吸力吸引公离合组件滑动嵌入母离合组件并使公离合组件及轮轴制动。本方案的紧急制动系统通过电磁吸力驱使公离合组件沿轮轴的轴向滑动并嵌入母离合组件中,二者配合实现制动效果。两离合组件作为力矩传递媒介,将电动轨道机车的车轮及轮轴转动产生的力矩传递至自身车架并进行抵消。以轮轴、车架及各组件的结构力替代主动对车轮施加的反向力矩,既提升了制动效果,又节约了能耗,并降低了对制动系统输出力矩的要求。
