    本发明公开了一种基于机器人视觉的电动汽车充电囗定位装置,属于电动汽车充电技术领域,包括电动汽车主体、充电口、视觉充电组件、电源机器人、侧挡组件、侧定位组件、内密封圈和传动齿轮;本发明安装有视觉充电组件,对于该视觉充电组件进行插入时,视觉摄像头可快速对于组合位置进行定位,在位置出错时,电源机器人可进行报警,提示不要继续插入,避免充电头损坏,物理结构定位时,先通过移动凸块上移该卡钩轴,在视觉充电组件准确对位插入后,直接松开移动凸块,卡钩轴在外顶弹簧的回复作用下复位,使卡钩轴卡接在充电头的定位卡槽内,完成定位,可有效避免充电时,视觉充电组件发生松动甚至脱离的情况,保证充电的有效稳定进行。
