The invention discloses an electric forklift based on a high-voltage technology. The electric forklift comprises a walking motor and an oil pump motor, and further comprises a high-voltage system which is respectively connected with the walking motor and the oil pump motor and is used for supplying high-voltage electricity to the walking motor and the oil pump motor; and a water-cooling heat dissipation system in which a water-cooling loop passes through the high-voltage system, the walking motor and the oil pump motor so as to dissipate heat of the high-voltage system, the walking motor and the oil pump motor. The high-voltage system is introduced into the electric forklift, more electric quantity and smaller current are provided for the electric forklift, the cruising ability of the electric forklift is improved, the heat productivity of electrical elements of the electric forklift is reduced, the service life of the electrical elements is prolonged, and the performance of the wholeforklift is improved. The water-cooling heat dissipation system is introduced into the electric forklift, so that the heat dissipation effect is improved, the walking motor and the oil pump motor havea good heat dissipation effect, the performance specifications of working components such as the walking motor and the oil pump motor are improved, and the working performance of the whole electric forklift is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于高电压技术的电动叉车,包括行走电机和油泵电机,还包括:高电压系统,其分别与行走电机和油泵电机相连,用于向行走电机和油泵电机供应高压电;水冷散热系统,水冷散热系统的水冷回路经由高电压系统、行走电机和油泵电机,以对高电压系统、行走电机和油泵电机进行散热。本申请将高电压系统引入电动叉车,为电动叉车提供更多的电量、更小的电流,提高电动叉车的续航能力,降低电动叉车电气元件的发热量,有利于延长电气元件的寿命,提升整车性能。将水冷散热系统引入电动叉车,以改善散热效果,使行走电机和油泵电机具有较好的散热效果,以便提升行走电机和油泵电机等工作部件的性能规格,从而提升电动叉车整车的工作性能。
