A double-clutch speed reducer comprises double clutches, double rows of planet wheels and a differential mechanism, the double clutches are connected with a motor, the motor inputs power to the doubleclutches, the double clutches are connected with the double rows of planet wheels, the double rows of planet wheels are connected with the differential mechanism, and the double rows of planet wheelsare combined with the double clutches to output the power to the differential mechanism at different speed ratios. According to the double-clutch speed reducer, the double clutches are combined withthe double rows of planet wheels, different input shafts are combined with the driving wheel with the differentiation coefficient to achieve different speed ratios, meanwhile, the requirements of a transmission system for large torque and high efficiency are considered, wider adaptability is achieved, the dynamic property and economical efficiency of the transmission system are improved. Therefore, the efficiency and the cruising ability of the whole vehicle are improved; the planet carrier is integrated on the differential mechanism shell, torque output by the planet carrier is directly output to the wheel end through the differential mechanism shell, the transmission path is simple, a main speed reduction gear pair and a corresponding supporting structure of a traditional speed reducer are omitted, and compact space and light weight are achieved.
