The invention discloses a rainfall-based road network traffic operation state prediction method. The method comprises the steps of determining a road operation state of a driving road according to vehicle data of a driving vehicle; collecting and matching rainfall information to the driving road; and predicting a future traffic operation state according to the road operation state of any road, thecorresponding rainfall information and the time period information. According to the method, the future traffic state can be accurately predicted, corresponding safety information is provided for traffic management departments and motor vehicle drivers, corresponding safety countermeasures can be taken according to the influence of various weather environments on traffic safety, the traffic safety level is effectively improved, and traffic accidents are prevented.

    本发明公开了一种基于降雨量的路网交通运行状态预测方法,该方法为:根据行驶车辆的车辆数据确定行驶道路的道路运行状态;采集降雨量信息并且匹配到行驶道路;根据任意一条道路的道路运行状态、对应的降雨量信息以及时段信息预测未来交通运行状态。本发明能够准确预测未来交通状态,为交通管理部门和机动车驾驶人提供相应的安全信息,使其能够根据各种天气环境对交通安全的影响,分别采取相应的安全对策,效提高交通安全水平,防范交通事故。
