The invention discloses a navigable type wave power generation device. A wave power generation system is arranged on a floating body, and therefore the air in an air chamber can be jacked up when waves rise, the compressed air drives an air turbine to enable a generator to generate power, the electric power can be stored by an energy storage device, the reflected wave energy loss is reduced, and the conversion efficiency of converting the wave power into the electric power is improved. Meanwhile, a through horizontal pipe is arranged, the through horizontal pipe can reduce the resistance of the device in the self-propulsion process in the navigation state, and therefore the energy consumption of an electric propeller is reduced, the situation that the converted electric power is enough fornavigation of the device is ensured, and energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved. Meanwhile, the structures of the horizontal pipe and a vertical cavity cooperate, and thereforethe impact of head-on waves on the floating body is reduced, and the structure is simple. In addition, a positive and negative rotating scraper device is arranged, and therefore the working efficiency of a rotating part is effectively improved, and the frequency of the problem that a filter screen is blocked is reduced.
