The invention discloses a large barrel erecting device which comprises a high-precision synchronous erecting mechanism, embracing mechanisms, a plug pin mechanism and an erecting main frame. The high-precision synchronous erecting mechanism comprises two sets of high-thrust multi-stage synchronous oil cylinders; the two ends of each set of high-thrust multi-stage synchronous oil cylinders are connected with an upper hinge seat and a lower hinge seat through shaft pins correspondingly; a high-precision displacement sensor is mounted on each set of high-thrust multi-stage synchronous oil cylinders; the erecting main frame is mounted on the high-precision synchronous erecting mechanism; two pairs of embracing mechanisms are installed on the erecting main frame; each pair of embracing mechanism comprises a left embracing oil cylinder, a right embracing oil cylinder, a left embracing arm and a right embracing arm; and a swing arm is hinged onto each right embracing arm. The large barrel erecting device provided by the invention is suitable for erecting large-size and large-mass barrels, a control system controls the two sets of high-thrust multi-stage synchronous oil cylinders, the synchronous precision is controlled within 3 mm, and the overall stability of the erecting device is guaranteed; and the operation is conducted automatically, the process is controllable, the operation difficulty of personnel is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种大型筒体起竖装置,包括高精度同步起竖机构、怀抱机构、插销机构和起竖主框架,高精度同步起竖机构包括两组大推力多级同步油缸,每组大推力多级同步油缸两端通过轴销均连接有上铰接座和下铰接座,每组大推力多级同步油缸上安装有高精度位移传感器;高精度同步起竖机构上安装有起竖主框架;起竖主框架上安装有两对怀抱机构,怀抱机构包括左怀抱油缸、右怀抱油缸、左怀抱臂、右怀抱臂,右怀抱臂上铰接有摆臂。本发明适用于大尺寸、大质量筒体起竖,控制系统控制两组大推力多级同步油缸,同步精度控制在3mm以内,保证起竖装置整体的稳定性;操作自动化,过程可控,减轻人员的操作难度,提高工作效率。
