The invention discloses a lifting device for constructional engineering. The lifting device for constructional engineering comprises a rack, a lifting plate, a hydraulic cylinder, a push-out mechanism, a buffer plate and buffer mechanisms. The push-out mechanism is installed at the upper end of a supporting plate, under the driving of a driving motor, a chain drives a first gear to rotate, and then chain rods rotate to push out an object placed at the upper ends of the chain rods leftwards. The defect that for an original device, the object needs to be manually pulled by a worker or unloaded through a tool is overcome, thus the unloading speed is improved, the working efficiency is improved, meanwhile, during chain transmission, a third gear is driven to rotate, bristles on the outer sidesof brush rollers sweep, brush and clean the bottom face of the object, then the friction force generated when the bottom of the object makes contact with the chain rods is reduced, and the object canbe pushed out conveniently; and the object falls at the upper end of the buffer plate after being pushed out, the buffer plate presses downwards to drive a top plate to press a spring downwards, thespring is reset after being compressed, then the borne vibration force is counteracted, thus the shaking of the buffer plate is reduced, the upper end of the object is more stable when sliding out, and therefore, the damage to the object is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种建筑工程用提升装置,包括机架、提升板、液压缸、推出机构、缓冲板和缓冲机构,通过在支撑板上端安装了推出机构,在驱动电机驱动下,由链条带动第一齿轮转动,使链杆转动将其上端放置的物件向左推出,改变了原有装置需要工人手拉或者借助工具将物件卸下的不足之处,增加了卸货的速度,提高了工作效率,同时链条传动时,带动第三齿轮转动,使刷辊外侧刷毛对物件底面进行扫刷清洁,使物件底部接触链杆的摩擦力减少,便于物件的推出;在物件推出后落入至缓冲板上端,其缓冲板下压带动顶板下压弹簧,该弹簧压缩后再复位,将受到的震力进行抵消,减少缓冲板晃动,使物件上端滑出时更加稳定,从而减少对物件的损坏。
