The invention discloses an anti-shaking structure of a rail-mounted beam lifter. The anti-shaking structure comprises a beam lifter rack, lifting mechanisms are movably installed on the two sides of the top of the beam lifter rack, the output ends of the lifting mechanisms are fixedly connected with lifting hooks, and adjusting mechanisms are arranged at the ends, close to the two sides of the inner wall of the beam lifter rack, of the lifting hooks. And fixation bearings are fixedly connected to the sides, close to the lifting hooks, of the adjusting mechanisms, and screw rods are fixedly connected into inner rings of the fixation bearings. By arranging a fixing plate, workpieces lifted by the lifting hooks can be fixed, the workpieces are prevented from moving up and down on the surfacesof the lifting hooks, and therefore the effect of fixing the workpieces is achieved. By means of the anti-shaking structure of the rail-mounted beam lifter, the problem that an existing rail-mountedbeam lifter cannot fix the workpieces is solved, the rail-mounted beam lifter has the advantage of being capable of fixing the workpieces, the workpieces cannot shake on the lifting hooks in use, andtherefore normal use of the rail-mounted beam lifter is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种轨道式提梁机的防晃结构,包括提梁机机架,所述提梁机机架顶部的两侧均活动安装有提升机构,所述提升机构的输出端固定连接有吊钩,所述吊钩靠近提梁机机架内壁两侧的一端设置有调节机构,所述调节机构靠近吊钩的一侧固定连接有固定轴承,所述固定轴承内环的内部固定连接有螺杆。本发明通过设置固定板,对吊钩吊起的工件进行固定,防止工件在吊钩的表面上下移动,从而达到了可以对工件进行固定的效果。本发明解决了现有的轨道式提梁机不能对工件进行固定的问题,本发明具备可以对工件进行固定的优点,在使用时工件不会在吊钩上晃动,从而保证轨道式提梁机的正常使用。
