The invention provides an on-line detection device for a quay crane hoisting steel wire rope, comprising a follow-up connecting rod, a detection probe, a guide wheel device and a mounting bracket. Thedetection probe is arranged on a steel wire rope between a fixed pulley and a lifting appliance on a trolley platform; the detection probe is used for comprehensively scanning a hoisting steel wire rope in motion in real time; the guide wheel device is arranged at a detection port of the detection probe and used for clamping the steel wire rope; the follow-up connecting rod is used for implementing synchronous follow-up shaking of the detection probe and the steel wire rope; the mounting bracket is fixedly arranged at one end of the fixed pulley on a trolley platform; one end of the follow-upconnecting rod is movably arranged on the mounting bracket; and the other end of the follow-up connecting rod is movably arranged on a detection probe shell. By arranging the follow-up connecting rod, synchronous follow-up shaking or swinging of the steel wire rope and the detection probe in the true sense is implemented, so that the steel wire rope can be detected in 24 hours, and early warningof the steel wire rope is implemented.

    本发明提供一种岸桥起升钢丝绳在线检测装置,包括随动连杆、检测探头、导向轮装置与安装支架,检测探头设置在小车平台上定滑轮与吊具两者之间的钢丝绳上,检测探头用于实时全方位扫描运动中的起升钢丝绳;导向轮装置设置在检测探头的检测口处,用于夹持钢丝绳;随动连杆用于使得检测探头与钢丝绳实现同步随动抖动;其中,小车平台上定滑轮一端固定设置有安装支架,随动连杆一端活动设置在安装支架上,随动连杆另一端活动设置在检测探头壳体上。本发明通过设置随动连杆,使得钢丝绳与检测探头实现真正意义上的同步随动抖动或摇摆,从而可以24小时检测钢丝绳,实现钢丝绳提前预警。
