The invention discloses a device for vertically hoisting a slender thin-wall metal shell, and belongs to the field of machining. The device comprises lifting rings, a frame body, rope clamps, steel wire ropes, lifting plates and a holding ring; the lifting rings are used for connecting the whole device with a crane hook; the two ends of the holding ring are connected with the lifting rings throughthe lifting plates, the steel wire ropes and the frame body in sequence; the holding ring comprises semi-rings, supports, supporting lugs and lifting lugs; one end of one semi-ring is hinged to one end of the other semi-ring; the supports and the supporting lugs are fixed to the outer circumferential surfaces of the other ends of the two semi-rings; the supports and the supporting lugs are connected through eyelet bolts and hexagonal flange nuts; the two semi-rings are combined into an integral annular structure; the ends of the two lifting lugs are vertically fixed to the centers of the outer peripheral surfaces of the two semi-rings, and the other ends are provided with annular grooves along the circumferential direction and are inserted into the L-shaped through grooves of the liftingplate; and movable connection of the holding ring and the hanging plates is realized. Changing of the slender thin-wall shell from the horizontal state to the vertical state and from the vertical state to the horizontal state can be achieved, and meanwhile, the shell is hoisted to a machining station.

    本发明一种用于细长薄壁金属壳体直立起吊的装置,属于机械加工领域;包括吊环、架体、绳夹、钢丝绳、吊板和抱环;吊环用于整个装置和吊车上吊钩的连接;抱环两端依次分别通过吊板、钢丝绳、架体与吊环连接,抱环包括半环、支座、支耳和吊耳;两个半环的一端铰接,另一端外周面分别固定有支座和支耳,支座和支耳通过活节螺栓和六角法兰螺母连接,将两个半环组合为整体环形结构;两个吊耳的一端分别垂直固定于两个半环外周面的中心处,另一端沿周向开有环形凹槽,插装于吊板的L型通槽内;实现所述抱环和吊板的活动连接。可以实现细长薄壁壳体由卧式状态到直立状态和由直立状态到卧式状态的转换,同时将壳体吊运至加工工位上。
