The invention discloses a profile steel hoisting device which comprises a hoisting base, hoisting steel wires, winding and unwinding rollers and fixed base mechanisms. At least two opposite and parallel winding and unwinding rollers are arranged in the hoisting base; one hoisting steel wire is wound on each winding and unwinding roller; the end portion of each hoisting steel wire extends to the outer side of the hoisting base to be connected with the multiple fixed base mechanisms; and a driving motor is arranged on each winding and unwinding roller so as to drive the winding and unwinding roller to wind and unwind the corresponding hoisting steel wire; each fixed base mechanism comprises a fixed base body and an electromagnet; each fixed base body is in an L shape, and the electromagnet is arranged on the side face of each fixed base body; power source modules electrically connected with the electromagnets are arranged in the fixed base bodies; and control switches electrically connected with the power source modules are arranged on the outer sides of the fixed base bodies. According to the device, the problems that in the prior art, the safety and stability cannot be well guaranteed when profile steel is hoisted, particularly when multiple pieces of profile steel are hoisted at a time, so that the profile steel is generally hoisted one by one, and the working efficiency cannot be guaranteed are solved.

    本发明公开了一种型钢吊运装置,包括:吊装座、吊装钢丝、收放辊以及固定座机构;吊装座的内部至少设置有两个相对且平行的收放辊,每个收放辊上收卷有吊装钢丝,吊装钢丝的端部伸出至吊装座的外侧与多个固定座机构相连,每个收放辊上设有驱动电机,以驱动收放辊对吊装钢丝进行收放;固定座机构包括:固定座本体和电磁铁,固定座本体呈L型,且固定座本体的侧面设置有电磁铁,固定座本体的内部设有与电磁铁电连接的电源模块,固定座本体的外侧设有与电源模块电连接的控制开关。该装置克服现有技术中对型钢进行吊运时的安全性和稳定性得不到很好的保证,尤其是一次性吊运多根型钢,因此一般都是一根根进行吊运,则工作效率又无法跟上的问题。
