Specifically, a mounting cross beam is fixedly mounted on a platform, the middle of a rocker arm isrotationally connected with the mounting cross beam, one ends of a first air cylinder and a second air cylinder are rotationally mounted at one end of the mounting cross beam, and the other ends of the first air cylinder and the second air cylinder are rotationally mounted at one end of a rocker arm respectively, and the first air cylinder and the second air cylinder are symmetrically mounted along the mounting cross beam, the two ends of a connecting rod are rotationally connected with the rocker arm and the mounting beam correspondingly, and an air storage device is communicated with the first air cylinder and the second air cylinder through pipelines. According to the system and the method, a double-air cylinder lever structure is adopted, quick reversing of a servo mechanism is adapted, the performance of the servo mechanism can be effectively and accurately tested, therefore the equipment has very high practicability.
