The invention discloses a low-temperature fuel cell hybrid multifunctional power system using solar energy for hydrogen production. The low-temperature fuel cell hybrid multifunctional power system comprises a photovoltaic generator set, a seawater hydrogen production device, an air concentration device, a fuel cell, an alternating current power supply device, a direct current power supply deviceand a ship electric propulsion device, wherein the photovoltaic generator set is respectively connected with the seawater hydrogen production device and the direct-current power grid; the seawater hydrogen production device is respectively connected with the air concentration device, the fuel cell and the alternating current power supply device; the air concentration device is connected with the fuel cell; the fuel cell is connected with the alternating-current power supply device and the direct-current power supply device respectively; the direct-current power supply device is connected withthe ship electric propulsion device; the alternating-current power supply device is connected with electric equipment on the ship to maintain the daily power demand of the ship. The system is advantaged in that clean energy is used for solving the problems of ship power distribution and pollutant discharge, multiple modules are efficiently combined, comprehensive utilization efficiency of energy is improved, and more stable electric energy output is provided for ships.

    本发明公开了一种应用太阳能制氢的低温燃料电池混合多能动力系统,包括:光伏发电机组、海水制氢装置、空气浓缩装置、燃料电池、交流供电装置、直流供电装置和船舶电力推进装置;光伏发电机组分别与海水制氢装置及直流电网相连接;海水制氢装置分别与空气浓缩装置、燃料电池及交流供电装置相连接;空气浓缩装置与燃料电池相连接;燃料电池分别与交流供电装置和直流供电装置相连接;直流供电装置与船舶电力推进装置相连接;交流供电装置与船舶上的用电设备相连接,维持船舶的日常用电需求;使用清洁能源解决船舶电力分配以及污染排放问题,多模块高效结合,提高能源的综合利用效能,为船舶提供更为稳定的电能输出。
