The invention discloses a working condition fusion road feel simulation method based on an SVM and a BP neural network. The method comprises the steps of carrying out a real vehicle road acquisition test; establishing a simple road feel model based on a spring model; normalizing the test data and generating a random data point set; distinguishing normal working condition points and abnormal working condition points; training an SVM-based working condition recognition model and testing; establishing a road feel model based on the BP neural network and testing; and switching the road feel modelbased on a working condition recognition result. When the method is applied to a simulation driver, the normal working condition and the abnormal working condition can be recognized through the working condition recognition model so that the normal working condition road feel model based on the BP neural network is applied to simulate the real road feel under the normal working condition, and thesimple road feel model is switched to simulate the safer road feel under the abnormal working condition; and therefore, a driver can obtain a safer feedback force in the simulation driver, and the safety of the driver is ensured.

    本发明公开了基于SVM和BP神经网络的工况融合路感模拟方法,包括步骤:进行实车路采试验;建立基于弹簧模型的简易路感模型;试验数据归一化并生成随机数据点集;区分正常工况点和异常工况点;训练基于SVM的工况识别模型并测试;建立基于BP神经网络的路感模型并测试;基于工况识别结果切换路感模型。本方法应用于模拟驾驶器时,通过工况识别模型能够识别正常工况和异常工况,使得在正常工况下运用基于BP神经网络的正常工况路感模型模拟真实路感,在异常工况的情况下切换简易路感模型模拟较为安全的路感,使驾驶员在模拟驾驶器中获得较为安全的反馈力,保证驾驶员的安全。
