According to the vertical locking seat sliding rail structure and the automobile seat, the locking part locks the sliding rail in the vertical direction, the locking part moves in the vertical direction in the unlocking process, the transverse size of the unlocked seat sliding rail structure can be reduced, and abrasion between the locking part and the dustproof cover in the sliding process is avoided.
