The invention relates to a positioning device for eliminating construction errors, a mobile contact network and an operation method. The positioning device comprises a cantilever structure, a rotatingmechanism and a force transmission mechanism, and the rotating mechanism is arranged on the cantilever structure; the force transmission mechanism is used for directly or indirectly acting a pushingforce or a pulling force formed in the moving process of a carrier cable and/or a contact line on the cantilever structure so as to push or pull a supporting device to rotate; and the force transmission mechanism is used for driving the carrier cable and/or the contact line to move by the rotating force of the cantilever structure through the force transmission mechanism. The influence caused by construction errors can be effectively eliminated.

    本发明涉及消除施工误差的定位装置、移动接触网及操作方法,包括腕臂结构、旋转机构和力传递机构,所述旋转机构设置在所述腕臂结构上;所述力传递机构用于将承力索和/或接触线移动过程中形成的推力或者拉力直接或间接作用于腕臂结构,从而推动或者拉动所述支持装置转动;所述力传递机构用于将腕臂结构转动的力通过力传递机构带动承力索和/或接触线移动。本发明可以有效消除施工误差带来的影响。
