The method comprises the steps of selecting a tire blank with a seam allowance internal crack disease as an experimental object; detecting the position range of the tire blank problem on the experimental object; the tire blank problem at least comprising the seam allowance internal crack disease and a tire blank seam allowance inner side fall greater than a specified value; attaching a rubber sheet to the lining of the tire blank without the tire blank problem, wherein the attaching position of the rubber sheet is determined according to the position range of the tire blank problem on the experimental object. Compared with the prior art, the phenomenonthat the tire blank without the tire blank problem generates the tire blank problem at the same part is effectively avoided, the attached rubber sheet can effectively protect the seam allowance endpoint of the tire and reduce the fall of a turn-up endpoint on the inner side of a small-specification seam allowance, so that the transition is gentle, and the safety coefficient of the small specification is increased; and therefore, the quality of the tire is improved, the number of maintenance products and waste and inferior-quality products is reduced, and cost and manpower are saved.
