The invention aims to solve problems of abnormal attenuation of a capacity of a storage battery pack, limitation of a charging and discharging capacity, deterioration of use performance and the like caused by serious aging and inconsistency of battery monomers in the use process of the storage battery pack, provides a storage battery pack balance control method, and belongs to a battery managementsystem. The control method comprises two parts of aging monomer identification and balance control. The aging of the battery monomer is considered so that a cut-off voltage is firstly reached in thecharging and discharging process and the charging and discharging capacity of the battery pack is affected, the aging degree of the battery monomer is identified by utilizing a neural network, and then the inconsistency is judged by taking a battery voltage as a control variable. The balance control is performed based on a particle swarm algorithm so that effective balance of the storage battery pack is realized, the capacity attenuation of the storage battery pack is slowed down, and the use performance of the storage battery pack is optimized.

    本发明旨在解决蓄电池组在使用过程中的电池单体存在严重老化和不一致性而导致的蓄电池组容量异常衰减、充放电能力受到限制及使用性能恶化等问题,提出了一种蓄电池组均衡控制方法,属于电池管理系统。该控制方法包括老化单体识别、均衡控制两部分,考虑到电池单体存在老化而导致其在充放电过程中率先达到截止电压,影响电池组充放电能力,利用神经网络对电池单体的老化程度进行识别,然后以电池电压为控制变量,判断不一致性,基于粒子群算法进行均衡控制,进而实现对蓄电池组的有效均衡,减缓蓄电池组容量衰减,优化蓄电池组的使用性能。
