According to the invention, large-scale vehicle parking business requirements can be processed in a low-delay and non-blocking mode, the vehicle parking requirementsare dynamically updated, the high-precision sensing capacity of the surrounding environment is achieved, safe, accurate and efficient parking guide path service can be provided, vehicles do not need to have the automatic driving capacity, and convenience, high efficiency, safety and rapidness are achieved.
