The invention discloses a full-life maintenance method for subway vehicle equipment, and the method comprises the steps of carrying out the period planning of a full-life period, and obtaining a full-life period rule; based on the full life cycle procedure and the fixed resources, performing plan arrangement on the non-fixed resources to generate an arrangement production plan; performing maintenance auditing on the full life cycle procedure and the arranged production plan, generating a maintenance execution task, and executing maintenance to generate a maintenance result; dividing the maintenance result into two paths, transmitting the first path of maintenance result to an EAM system for data collection and analysis, and completing RCM data analysis and freight data construction; and returning the second path of maintenance result to the planning system and the mobile point inspection system to optimize and arrange a production plan and a maintenance execution task in real time. According to the invention, the problems of high difficulty and high cost of a maintenance mode are solved, a dynamic maintenance plan is generated on the basis of regulations, the full-life maintenancemode is optimized in real time, the material resource cost is reduced, and the human resource utilization rate and the train availability are improved.
