The efficient heat exchanger comprises an outer storage tank for storing a cold storage agent, an inner heat exchange coil pipe, an outer heat exchange coil pipe and an inner storage tank; the inner heat exchange coil pipe is used forconveying LNG; the outer heat exchange coil pipe is used for conveying a secondary refrigerant; the outer heat exchange coil pipe is arranged on the periphery of the inner heat exchange coil pipe ina sleeving mode, and a coaxial arrangement mode is adopted for the outer heat exchange coil pipe and the inner heat exchange coil pipe; the inner storage tank is used for storing the secondary refrigerant, the inner storage tank is arranged in the outer storage tank and is completely immersed in the cold storage agent, and an outlet of the outer heat exchange coil communicates with an inner cylinder. According to the efficient heat exchanger, the cold storage agent is used as an intermediate heat exchange medium, and the heat exchange coil pipe arrangement form of inner cooling and outer heating is adopted, so that the problems that the LNG air conditioner cannot continuously operate, the heat exchange efficiency is low and the cold energy loss is serious due to freezing of the secondary refrigerant during high-temperature difference heat exchange of LNG and the secondary refrigerant are solved.
