The invention discloses a mast anti-collision device for operation under pressure. The mast anti-collision device for operation under pressure comprises a main shell, a left side plate and a right side plate. An input shaft and a transmission shaft are installed between the left side plate and the right side plate; the left end of the input shaft penetrates through the left side plate and then isconnected with a hydraulic winch; a driving gear is installed on the input shaft; a driven gear meshed with the driving gear is installed on the transmission shaft; follow-up blocks are installed on the input shaft and the transmission shaft and move rightwards along with rotation of the transmission shaft; and a brake alarm mechanism is arranged on the right side of the right side plate and is controlled by a starting mechanism.
