The invention discloses a tower crane boom deformation detection system based on monocular vision detection, and relates to the technical field of tower crane safety. The detection system comprises amonocular camera, a circular marker, a computer, an alarm and a feedback controller, wherein the monocular camera is used for acquiring real-time picture information of a tower crane; the circular marker is attached to a node of a tower crane boom and is used for obtaining detected feature points; the computer is used for operating a visual detection system and calculating to obtain the actual deformation quantity of the tower crane; the alarm gives an alarm when an instruction that the deformation quantity of the tower crane obtained from the computer is too large is received; and the feedback controller is used for carrying out limiting control on the tower crane and stopping the tower crane from lifting when receiving an instruction that the deformation quantity of the tower crane obtained from the computer is too large. Based on computer monocular vision, computer monocular vision detection has the advantages of being low in cost, simple in structure and the like, and a non-contacteffective method is provided for tower crane boom deformation detection.
本发明公开了一种基于单目视觉检测的塔吊起重臂形变检测系统,涉及塔吊安全技术领域。该检测系统包括单目摄像头,用于获取塔吊的实时图片信息;圆形标志物,贴附在塔吊起重臂的节点上,用于获得检测的特征点;计算机,运行视觉检测的系统,计算得到塔吊实际的形变量;警报器,当接收到计算机塔吊形变量过大指令时,警报器报警;反馈控制器,当接收到计算机塔吊形变量过大指令时,对塔吊进行限位控制,塔吊停止升重。本发明基于基于计算机单目视觉,计算机单目视觉检测具有成本低、结构简简单等优点,为塔吊起重臂形变检测提供了一种非接触的有效方法。
