The invention discloses a tower crane rotary table of a fixed tower crane, and a manufacturing method thereof. The tower crane rotary table of the fixed tower crane comprises an upper rotary table anda lower rotary table, wherein an upper through hole penetrating through the upper rotary table is formed in the center of the upper rotary table, an upper flange is arranged at the upper end of the upper rotary table, and at least four evenly-distributed tower crane boom installation stations are arranged on the upper end surface of the upper flange; a lower flange is arranged at the lower end ofthe upper rotary table, a tower crane control cabin platform installation station is arranged at the lower end of the outer edge of the upper flange, a rotary motor supporting seat is arranged at thefront end of the upper through hole, a lower through hole penetrating through the lower rotary table is formed in the center of the lower rotary table, a center rotary supporting seat is arranged inthe lower through hole, and a connecting flange matched with the lower flange is arranged on the periphery of an upper end port of the lower through hole; and a plurality of evenly-distributed bolt holes are formed in the connecting flange, the lower flange is fixedly connected with the connecting flange through the bolt holes and screws, and at least four evenly-distributed tower crane fixing tower installation positions are installed at the bottom of the lower rotary table. The tower crane rotary table of the fixed tower crane has the advantages of being high in production speed and workpiece yield, simple in procedure and the like.

    本发明公开了一种固定式塔式起重机塔吊转台及其制造方法,一种固定式塔式起重机塔吊转台,包括上转台和下转台,上转台中心开有贯穿上转台上通孔,上转台上端设有上法兰,上法兰上端面设有至少4个均布的塔吊起重臂安装工位,上转台下端设有下法兰,上法兰外边沿下端设有塔吊驾驶舱平台安装工位,上通孔前端设有回转电机支撑座,下转台中心开有贯穿下转台的下通孔,下通孔内设有中心回转支撑座,下通孔上端口外围设有与下法兰相匹配的连接法兰,连接法兰上开有若干均布的螺栓孔,下法兰与连接法兰通过螺栓孔和螺钉固定连接,下转台底部装有至少4个均布的塔吊固定塔安装位。本发明具有生产速度快、工件良品率高和工序较为简单等优点。
